Why we’ve been smiling so much lately!
First we asked if you were aware that Rolf Glass is a leader in the tabletop giftware industry and whether or not that’s important to you. Just over half of you were aware of this and almost half indicated that this is either very or extremely important to you.
Not bad. But we should probably be doing a better job of getting the word out about who we are, since 80% of you consider this at least “somewhat” important.
Since we don’t make a real big deal out of it, we were curious to know whether people realize that we operate a cut glass studio. In fact, every piece of glassware we sell is cut, polished, engraved or monogrammed in our own workshop. To our surprise, 2/3 of you told us that you knew this. Cool.
Note to the 89 folks who answered “No”: we operate a cut glass studio. It’s the only one of its kind in North America and we’re really proud of it!
And so: on to the stuff that’s really got us beaming!
More than 98% of you told us that you believe Rolf Glass “truly offers unique, original, distinctive images and timeless icons on quality crystal and glassware.” And well over 8 out of 10 of you said that this is either very or extremely important to you.
Great news, since this is one of the three big reasons we love to come to work every morning.
We strive every day to produce affordable and attractive designs for everyday use. And more than 99% of you -- yup, more than 99% -- told us that you agree that we do just that!
And the last of the Big 3 reasons we love what we do so much? We asked you how important friendly customer service and personal attention is to you, and then we held our breath, crossed our fingers and asked how we’re doing.
Whew!
Again, 99% of you indicated that it’s either “very” or “extremely” important to you (including a whopping 88% who indicated “extremely”) and 99% of you said “Yes”, in your experience Rolf Glass offers friendly customer service and personal attention.
These numbers tell a story. And it’s not so much about the Rolf Glass Core Story as it is the story of the exceptional relationship between us and all of you.
And, true to the spirit of our Core Story, we have already reached out to the few folks who gave us some knocks for customer service and out of inventory situations.
Based on what you’ve told us, we seem to be on the right track. Building a brand that inspires an emotional connection, while maintaining a sense of playfulness. And we very much look forward to doing everything we can to stay high on your list of valued vendors. Thanks again everyone for the feedback. We’re still smiling about it.
